What do I need to get started?

Bloombees is Instant Commerce. It is a tool that makes selling fast, simple and social by selling products directly through your active social media channels. This is why you are asked to connect your social networks to Bloombees when you first sign up. Signing up is easy. Here are a few things you’ll need to do when creating your Instant Checkout: Add a brand/store name Upload your brand logo Check for a free unique URL Add a description to your Bloombees checkout Select the currency in which your products will be offered Specify your location Choose a language Add a default tax rate Only those fields essential for a sale to be completed are mandatory at this point. Completing the rest is always a plus, but isn’t necessary to start selling.

Does Bloombees post on my social networks without my consent?

No. You decide when and what products to share and sell via your social networks, email or any other sales channel of your choice. Bloombees creates a unique URL to your product or Instant Checkout and offers you a fast and simple way of sharing your products in order to reach your customers. To do so, just connect your social networks to Bloombees in your settings configuration.

Is Bloombees free?

Yes. Creating an Instant Checkout with Bloombees is free. You can upload your products and share them at no cost. The Bloombees platform is completely free. No payment processing fees, no commissions, ever.

Is Bloombees mobile friendly?

Yes. Our website is completely responsive. Bloombees’ Instant Checkouts are mobile friendly and our free app makes selling a piece of cake, at any time, wherever you go. Check out more about our mobile app under the section titled ‘Mobile’ in this handbook.

Why do I need a unique URL?

This unique URL (also known here at Bloombees as a “bblink”) will guide your clients directly to your Instant Checkout. You can share this link directly with a photo of your product on Facebook or Twitter, or paste it into social networks like Instagram that don’t currently allow a direct link in captions.

Why do I have to choose a checkout language?

The language selected will help Bloombees translate your content like descriptions or return policy into the language the client is using. It is also your default language for our real-time chat. This means you need to select the language you are most comfortable writing in for us to provide an instant translation. Last but not least, this will be your default language in the Bloombees Seller app.

Can I access my Bloombees account using different social networks?

Yes. You can access Bloombees using a single sign-in with Google+, Facebook or Instagram, as well as traditional email and password sign-in. All you need to do is connect those social networks to your Bloombees account in your settings configuration.

How do I recover my password?

Recovering your password is easy. Just click on the link “Forgot your Password?” and type in your email address if you haven’t already done so. You will automatically receive an email with a link. Click on that link and choose a new password. Now you are ready to log in.

How does the real-time translated chat work?

Bloombees’ real-time translated chat breaks language barriers by allowing you to text your customers in your default language regardless of what theirs is. On the customer’s end of the chat, he or she will receive your message in the language they selected to buy at Bloombees. The customer will receive the original text plus the translated text. You can always disable the translation feature on your end, if you prefer to do so. New chat messages are notified at your notification center (bell on navigation bar or through the APP) from where you can easily access them.


When you sign up with Bloombees there are no hidden contracts and no currency setbacks. By setting up your Bloombees account, you automatically sign up with over 30 payment providers including Paypal, Girobank, Yandex and Sofort, to name a few.

Can I get paid in different currencies?

Yes. Bloombees will convert transaction volumes as necessary to the seller’s local currency. Bloombees applies a 2.99% conversion fee to such transactions. Payment processing fees are deducted from the Bloombees seller’s balance available for deposit, and are charged in the currency in which the seller receives the funds.

What payment methods are available to my customers through Bloombees?

Bloombees Instant Checkout is a simple, straightforward form that customers fill out in order to complete a purchase. While doing so they can choose between several payment options that adjust to their specific needs according to their country, currency or personal preference.

How do I get paid?

You will always get paid according to the payout settings of your account, to the bank account of your choice, in the same currency you have chosen for your Instant Checkout. Further options will be incorporated soon. To withdraw your money, access your Bloombees Seller Balance from the Dashboard and click on the withdraw button. One click and your money will be transferred to you. As simple as that. In order to see minimum withdrawal limitations, please check the Deposits section of our Terms & Conditions.

Bloombees Express is a full stack delivery service with an easy set-up process and competitive prices.

It is a door-to-door service that will make your life easier, providing the best quality logistics for your company. All we need is a few details and instructions to set up your shipping logistics, and Bloombees takes care of the rest for you, making the delivery a simple process for sellers worldwide.

How do I activate the Bloombees Shipping service?

To activate the Bloombees Express service simply visit: and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Shortly afterwards you will receive an email with instructions and list of our exclusive shipping rates.

How does Bloombees Shipping work?

Congratulations! You have made your first sale at Bloombees! Now… How to get the product to the customer? Upon receiving an order, the next step is preparing the package for delivery. Once ready for delivery, proceed with the following: STEP 1: When you register for Bloombees Express you will receive a link to a pick-up request form. Please fill out this form with all the necessary information to handle your delivery. Send us this form filled out with 24 hours notification in advance of your desired pick-up time, to ensure that the courier arrives at the designated time. STEP 2: Upon receiving the confirmation of the pick-up, a courier will be sent to collect the package. Depending on the transportation service provider, we may send you a label that you’ll have to print and stick to the package, otherwise the labelling will be done by the courier. Give the package to the courier and it’s on its way! Remember that the tracking number will help you follow the route of your package and will assure you of its delivery.

How can I track an order's delivery?

When sending your package using Bloombees Shipping, a link will be sent to you by email so that you may confirm the status of delivery. Remember, this information can be very beneficial to your customers who will want to know that their package will arrive when agreed. To notify that the order has arrived to the customer, you can do this in the Bloombees app and let your customer know it has reached its destination.

Can I ship from any city?

Currently, Bloombees Shipping only permits deliveries from any city, or state in Spain (Peninsula). But not to worry, we are working to provide greater coverage and will notify users as soon as Bloombees Express becomes available to more locations.

Where can I ship my products?

You may currently send packages from mainland Spain to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, countries within the European Union and Switzerland. We are working on expanding coverage to other countries and will notify you as soon as more markets become available.

What shipping settings are available?

With Bloombees’ Instant Checkout you can offer pick-up in store, domestic and international shipping. Simply configure your shipping settings for your entire account or for individual products and Bloombees does the rest. Shipping configuration can be as simple or detailed as your business requires. We offer flat-rate options, unit-based or based on the purchased amount. You can also determine your international zones by defining which countries or continents you provide shipping to. When a customer accesses your Instant Checkout, he or she will automatically be informed whether his or her location is available for shipping. The estimated shipping cost of an order is calculated and confirmed before the purchase is completed. The buyer always gets the chance to see which locations are available for shipping and update the shipping address to one of those locations.

Can I have my own return policy?

Yes. Bloombees offers a minimum guaranteed return policy of 14 days from the day of receipt by the buyer. Anyhow, if you wish to offer a longer term or any other specifications, we encourage you to add your own return policy while completing your Instant checkout set-up. Can I offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is handled by the seller and many times it’s a cost that’s already included in their final price. Therefore, no extra fees should be added. Bloombees offers a variety of shipping cost configurations to adapt to whatever need you may have. Flat rates, unit-based and price-based for pick-up, domestic and international shipping.

Can I set different shipping rates for a certain area or country?

Yes. Our shipping configuration is divided between domestic and international destinations to allow different rates according to countries or areas defined by the seller.

Can I handle international sales with Bloombees?

Yes. But you will only be able to ship to those countries that you have configured in your settings. If a customer wants to buy a product and have it sent to a country not configured in a seller’s setting, your product will be shown as not available to ship. Make sure you include all possible countries within your international shipping configuration when creating your Bloombees account, and don’t forget to check out our Shipping Configuration Help for further details.

Can I offer a pick-up in store option?

Yes. In the configuration of your Checkout options you can add a store / showroom address where your customer can collect their purchases. That address will be visible to them in the checkout form and confirmation email. Once your product is ready, the customer will receive an email notifying them that their order is available for pick-up.

Why are delivery dates important?

Customers return depending on their experience with us. We consider that information always helps manage expectations, so if you tell someone in advance how long it will take for their order to arrive they will be satisfied if that timeframe is met. You can always edit this information in your delivery settings.

Sales Tax

At Bloombees we are always looking to make your life easier. Taxes are a part of the selling process and therefore our platform enables you to set up tax fees when configuring your Instant Checkout. However, please note that this does not make Bloombees responsible for your tax declarations.

When should I charge tax?

This can be a bit tricky since the laws are different for each state and country, so it’s best to consult the laws in your area for collecting and reporting taxes. As a start, you can check what the European Union or the US have to say about VAT charges.

What happens if I don’t set a tax fee?

The transaction will be completed and no taxes will be charged to the customer. However Bloombees is not accountable for your tax declarations.

Can I set different tax rates for a certain area or country?

Yes. When defining your shipping settings you can choose which countries or areas to ship to. For each location you can assign a specific tax rate that will be added to the final price of the product.

What is included in my Bloombees Dashboard?

Chat with real-time translation - where you can communicate with your customers in their own language. Your Bloombees Seller Balance - to see how your sales are going and to withdraw your money at any time. Orders - from where you can manage your orders and automatically update customers about their orders whereabouts. Product management - to update your products, add stock, handle product privacy and share them on your social networks. Statistics - to get a visual overview of your sales and customer relations that will help help you make the best marketing decisions to increase your sales.

Will I be notified of changes in my account?

Information is power. That is why Bloombees is eager to keep everybody involved in a transaction as updated as possible. As a seller, you will receive chat notifications every time a customer contacts you about one of your products. You will also be notified when a purchase is completed or if a refund of one of your orders is requested. In addition, we let you know when your products run out of stock so that you can update them so as not to lose any potential sales. Keeping your client updated is vital to building a lasting relationship. This is why Bloombees has included automatic emails that will be sent to customers every time a change occurs with their order. We also encourage you to use our real-time translated chat to communicate with customers, so that you can keep a history of everything that relates to the purchase.
